This is seriously a great shot.

Composition wise it's dead on. You have some absolutely fantastic lines throughout the entire photo, and the way they vanish into the fog is just awesome. It's very unique, because these bland yet mysterious colors are very subdued, yet still very gorgeous. Also, the overall processing here is very subtle and by no means overdone.

and......to top it all off, you somehow managed to get a bird in the photo...in the exact right spot. Please tell me you're getting a big print of this and hanging it in your house, because it would look amazing matted and hanging on your wall.

I really wouldn't suggest anything here, because I like everything about it. I'm really glad you posted this!

Thank you! We were hoping it would burn off, but it just got thicker, added for mystery! It's really crazy, it was 104 in Sac and 90 miles away, in S.F. it was 57 degrees :O
